My Galaxy S3 (SGH-T999V)doesn't transfer contact to my Lexus anymore, used to work

I think that the latest update, Android 4.4.2, broke the transfer process between my phone and my car. What can I do to get it working again please....
Bluethooth OK on both device, pairing works fine, my car recognize the phone, I can input a number and dial out BUT I CAN'T get my contact list anymore, the transfer starts but stop right away.
I tried my son's IPhone and everything works fine, even the contact list .

Welcome to Android Central! Try this:

1. Open Contacts.
2. Tap Menu, then Contacts to Display.
3. Instead of "All Contacts," select Customize.
4. Now select the contact groups you want to display. You can select all of them if you want.

Now see if it shows up properly.
