My gmail account xxx@gmail.com is in the list of google accounts or not?

if I download anything it gives an error my phone model is qmobile- a950 why it is happening so?

Yes, your Google account, if you have one, as well as any other accounts you may have, are listed in Settings, General, Accounts & Sync.
If yours is not listed there, perhaps you didn't create it correctly? Or you created one in the past with another device, but haven't signed in to it on your present one?
What does the error message say?
