My Note 4 randomly stops downloading large apps without any warning or error message, why is it doing this?

My note 4 randomly stops downloading large apps without any warning or error message

I'm trying to download knights of the old Republic, a two gigabyte game, and twice now it has stopped downloading at around the 40% the first and 60% the second. This, as well as the fact that this has happened with other apps in the past(which eventually downloaded with enough tries) leads me to believe that it's an issue with my phone or Google play, not an incompatibility of the app with my phone. It also seems to happen more when I'm using more of my WiFi bandwidth on other things. Help? I need to play Kotor

It's not the phone.

Kill all running apps that might be accessing wifi and try again. It's just a download, so there's no difference with it than any other download. Of course, it could be Google Play too.
