My Samsung galaxy S5 is not locking

[AC Question]

The phone is not locking when the power bottom is pushed to lock it. All settings are for immediate lock and still it's not. How can I fix this? I've tried redoing the settings and tried rebooting the phone and nothing is fixing this...
