My Samsung s10 takes me to recovery screen

[Android Central Question]

My phone (galaxy s10) died yesterday and when I charged it, it took me to a recovery page showing [init:1 empty caller]. Just found out my network is on emergency mode and I can't make phone calls. I have tried factory wiping and wiping cache, but it doesn't work. When I reboot, I can use the phone normally but without network. How do I solve this?

In recovery you have option for Repair apps? Try safe mode if you can get on a network
