The one I am most interested in at this point is the Samsung Captivate (i897) which is basically the same phone as the Galaxy S. Plus the rumor (yeah I know) is that it will not be hamstrung like the Backflip... but even then, someone will figur eout how to root it and all will be good.

I just got the captivate and love it, but now I see there getting ready to launch the new motorola atrix and that phone looks like it's gonna be sick...4 G Dual-Core 2.2 froyo...I only have a few days left to decide if I take back my captivate and wait or........ I really do like my captivate though...Guess I could wait for my kids upgrade in August and let the bugs all get worked out..

It's always good to have more android devices no matter what carrier they are on. I'm glad ATT is catching up, lol.
