No Storage in Phone When Plugged into PC via USB

When I plug it into my PC's USB port, it shows up in My Computer. When I click the phone's icon, there is no internal or external storage, just a window saying, "This folder is empty".

In the past when I would plug a phone in, the phone would give me options of how to connect it to the PC, such as Removable Storage, Hotspot, etc. On this one, nothing ever pops up on the phone.

Does the phone's storage show up for anyone else when they plug into a PC USB port?

Sounds like the Samsung drivers aren't installed on your PC.

When you connect via USB and swipe down the notification panel, is there a USB notification there? If so, tap that -- does it give you an option for MTP/File Transfer?
