I recently persuaded my wife to trade in her Note 10+ for an S22 Ultra since Samsung was offering a generous 460 dollars for it. We still have both devices currently. I was a long time
Note 10+ user from 2021 to almost the end of 2022, so basically 1.5 years to almost 2 years. I gotta say, playing around with my wife's device though, has just made me remember how good of a device that this thing was. Personally, I think it's the best phone I've ever used. I am almost sad to see it go honestly. It may not have the best camera or a 120 refresh rate screen, but it feels so good in the hand and the screen is super sharp and colorful. If I didn't have to send this device in for trade in, I'd keep it myself. The 256gb internal storage with the ability to expand it further with SD card for me, back in the day, was just icing on the cake.

A lot of people argue that the Note 9 was the best Note device ever made. Personally, I think it's the Note 10+. Though I didn't have it, I think the N10+ would also take the title as the most beautiful device Samsung's ever made with that fancy Aura glow color and blue s pen. I only had the boring black variety.

It's really a shame that it doesn't get more security updates. Personally, the only thing I think it's behind with
compared to newer phones is the 60 hz only display and camera quality. Other than that, personally, I think the design is probably the best I've ever seen from Samsung IMO. It was so simple and yet elegant.
Back in the day, if someone asked me between the Note 10+ and the Note 20 Ultra... yeah.. Note 10+.

Just bought a new Note 10 +, aurora blue as pictured above a few months ago. Probably among the best devices Samsung has ever made. Everything since has lost features and functionality, and cost ridiculously more. I will be using this device until it refuses to work. Don't care about update support, usually if there is anything really crucial they will push out a surprise patch, like they did for the S7 last year.

I think besides the security aspect, software updates are overrated. In fact, I feel it's more likely to get an OS update and not be pleased with it. I got the recent I believe it was 6.1 update for my S21U and I hate it. It looks awful.
