each time i switch off the phone this screen appears. and i have to remove the battery for few minutes to get it reset ? otherwise the same screen will still appear if i put the battery back almost immediately.

anyone has the same problem?

Welcome to Android Central! By "switching off," do you mean when you shut down the phone completely, or just put the screen to sleep?

Try wiping the cache partition from recovery: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11018

now i cant get it switched off.

the power off feature just restart the device. even when i remove the battery and put it back minutes later, it will get switched on by itself. its like "off" don't exist

There might be a problem with the Power button itself. You may have to bring the phone to a repair shop.
