note 2 - phone loses signal and turns off right after

i have a problem - my phone has started to lose signal and turn off right after. it starts off with my screen not working and then it stays freezed or turns off itself. sometimes it turns on by itself but not everytime. i did factory reset but problem is still here. sometimes screen just gets freezed and all i can do is reboot it.. what may cause the problem ? and what can i do to fix it ?

This is a long shot but have you tried using a different battery?
