Dust can get into mic holes without a case or if their is a cutout for the mic. I think you're over thinking this as an issue.

true but when you have crevices, doesn't it seem they seem to build up more? Without a case dust and debris have a chance to be cleared out by movement or brushing against fabric and such.

But you're right, I do overthink things. Bettery than not giving enough thought to things IMO :)

Anything that builds up kind of sticks to the device and I just wipe it clean whenever I take off the case. I also don't think any case offers a fully tight seal around the camera.

None of my cases do

Me neither. I've mentioned before, I've only had one case for my 8... a Neo Hybrid that I maybe took off once a year when I'd do my yearly screen protector change and never really anything under the case except a few specks maybe.

Normally I just go for a shell case on my phone, but I liked the look of Sammy's new S-View Flip Case. I had the S-View case on my Galaxy S5 back in the day and I really liked it, but I haven't been a fan of their flip cases since then until now. Overall, I like it a lot, but I'm a bit disappointed that the cover doesn't click or snap into place to keep it closed. I love being able to talk on it without having my skin come in contact with the glass. Will probably still get a simple shell that I can easily swap into if I know I'm going to be using the camera a lot because it's kind of a pita to take pics while trying to keep the cover from disrupting the shot, but other than that it's great.

I was a huge Spigen fan for several of my last phones. But the Neo Hybrid has a terrible sharp angle on the bottom left corner by the S-pen for the N20U. It is so uncomfortable for the way I hold my phone, I can't stand it!

I took a look at the other Spigens - tough armor, etc. They all appear to have that same sharp corner.

I just ordered my first Dbrand skin, fingers crossed that I will like it. I like the idea that the phone will feel almost naked.

The dbrand skin will offer some grip but zero protection.

Using the phone "almost naked" is nice but fraught with some danger !

I use the official Samsung Black Leather clip on case that offers grip and some protection and provides the minimalist look i want.

I also always fit a dbrand Black Dragon Back Skin to both add grip when I'm at home with no case on and it adds scratch protection when the case is on. i.e if some grit etc works it's way between the case and phone.

Thanks for the reply bandofbrothers2012. Nice to know that I can fit a case over the skin.

I was thinking of trying the S-view, but maybe I will also try the leather case for times when I don't want that flap in the way.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid clear case with Neo Flex TPS screen protector for when you don’t want to hide the color and lines of the phone. :) I’d say minimum style case. Very little raise-ivity especially question if you use a tempered protector. But enough if using a perfectly flat surface to lie on.

Has anyone seen this case?? Was checking 'the Gram' and saw this ad... interesting solution to the lens module and the design is unique.

Did you try it on the phone yet? It too saved my note 10+. I ordered on for my s20 ultra but the camera was too flush and it felt like it wouldn't protect it well. I fear the same thing with the note 20 ultra case

Nah, no worries on the N20U... it protects the camera bump pretty well.
