Note Edge doesn't accept FP or backup pwd

[AC Question]

My Note Edge was updated with Android System Web View this morning and since then I can't login using my fingerprint and it doesn't accept my backup password either. I tried unlocking from Samsung account as well, but that didn't work either.

I want to avoid factory reset. Please Help !!!!

Welcome to Android Central! If you fail the unlock enough times, does it ask you for your Google credentials?
