In July I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S4. I tried selling my mint condition Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch on eBay, but had no takers. It had a brand new battery in it which had bee used for a total of about 3 months. Now, come (almost) December, my mom said, I want your old phone since you didn't sell it. I said, okay, why not. I she can't figure out how to use it, I can always try and sell it again, right? So, I decided to put it on the charger and get it ready so we could switch it over to her account. The problem is, as soon as a plugged it in, the little blue light flashed to tell me it recognized that I plugged it in, and then nothing. The little battery icon didn't show up, the screen stayed black. I tried holding the power button in and nothing happened. I did some Google searched and found nothing. The phone has been laying here on a dead battery for 4 months, but that battery was only 3 months old at the time. I have no idea if that has anything to do with it or not? Can anyone help me? She could have got a brand new one for free via Sprint for her upgrade, but they are sold out. She doesn't want to spend $99 on an S3 if I can get this one working, makes sense. Any ideas/advice is appreciated, thank you!
