plugged VZW Note 5 into my PC and the Samsung Smart Switch software said there was a 2054MB update??

I had KIES3 installed before, but when I plugged the Note 5 in, Samsung said the Note 5 needed the new Smart Switch software, so I installed that. Samsung Smart Switch™: Transfer Contacts, Music & More

As soon as I plugged my VZW Note 5 into my PC and the Samsung Smart Switch software said there was a 2054MB update for VZW. Without thinking, I just clicked ok and it's now downloading the 2054MB file. My WiFi connection is only 5mbps download here, so it's gonna take at least 30 minutes to download, but it's definitely going along. My bandwidth meter shows 900MB downloaded so far.

What should I do? Just let it install? It warns against disconnecting the Note 5 right now...

If it's just downloading the update to the computer, you should be able to cancel out of it. If it's in the process of doing the update on the phone, then don't disconnect--let it finish.
