Question about AOKP and new radios

So I was running rooted stock IMM76k, and 4g was solid and stable and switching from 3g to 4g was fast and smooth. Then I flash AOKP build 37 over top of stock rooted 4.04 and for some reason the phone drops data and switching from 3g to 4g is a lot slower. I check the Baseband and it says (I515.09 V.FC04 / I515.FC05) Which is the lastest radios. So is there a reason why this happens? I love AOKP and all the options it has.

Its not the rom. unless (very slim chance) you had a bad download or maybe you did a dirty flash or something.

How long did you use the fc radios? they were good for that time?
how's the weather and the radio towers by where you're at?

mine says 1515,10 no problems here. I dont know why mine is different
