My LG G3 cannot be turned on 2 days ago --- tried many options offered online, but none of them worked. Someone suggested issues with the motherboard. Nevertheless, since it is a two years old phone, I don't mind to discard it. However, there are some photos and files that I would like to retrieve. Can I open the phone and take the memory card (32GB) out and read it from somewhere else? The memory card is Toshiba THGBMBG8D4KBAIR 32 GB on-board NAND flash memory. Do I need another LG G3 phone to read it, or is there a simpler way?

Welcome to Android Central! You can't remove the onboard memory like you can with an SD card. You'd probably need a good technician with specialized equipment to try recovering that data.
