Rear camera not working

Just having my android stereo fitted but the rear camera has no power can anyone help

You should probably go to the manufacturer's website and see if they have a community forum or something along those lines. Barring that, look up your exact make and model on Reddit. Way to many makes and models out there for this site to be of help.

Welcome to Android Central! You're talking about an Android car head unit that can connect to a rear camera on the car? Android head units (i.e., ones that run actual Android, rather than just being compatible with Android Auto) are typically no-name or off-brand devices direct from China with terrible to no support, so be prepared to be disappointed.:-\
