(ROOTED) Accidentally deleted Android OS, and now can't get back into recovery mode either?

AC Question

Hey everyone, so back when Pokemon GO was big, I rooted my phone to get a GPS spoofer that'd work.

But now the main issue is I accidentally deleted my Android OS when I wiped my phone. I'm NOT able to get into recovery mode anymore for some unknown reason when I tried to push the recovery.img file to my phone with ADB.

After attempting to push the recovery.img file, I'm stuck with the error

"Failed to boot recovery mode. Press volume up or down back to menu."

Just to show you guys what exactly I'm seeing here..

*** Software status: Modified ***
*** UNLOCKED ***
*** S-ON ***

However when I reboot to Bootloader, it tells me..

*** Software status: Official *** (not modified)
*** UNLOCKED ***
*** S-ON ***

I have no idea what my next steps are because my phone isn't even recognized on my computer. I've downloaded the android SDK and everything. Just no idea what my next step is to get this taken care of.
