Question S23 ultra not updating, AT&T branded but was sold to Liberty Latin America

My S23 Ultra (AT&T branded) was sold to Liberty Latin America. Since its not able to receive any android update

Liberty and AT&T were once the same company there, but have gone their separate ways in 2021. AT&T is no longer there at all.

AT&T branded phones only get updates from AT&T while using an active, working and tower connected AT&T SIM. If the phone is no longer on AT&T, it's not going to get updates anymore.
