Finally i find the way to freaking fix the problem
If you all already try fixing the SOFTWARE and still doesn't work
maybe it related to the hardware
Brave yourself to get the s3 naked
( open up the motherboard )
Search google for this keyword "s3 rear facing camera replacement ifixit"
Just follow the steps until step 20 the part where they removing the motherboard ,
when i removing my motherboard i notice something different , my rear facing camera isn't attach to the motherboard, so the problem is my camera connector was disconnected from motherboard, so just reconnect and screw all it back together, and its work like charm!, hope this help ,
