Samsung J7 Pro Keyboard Error

[Android Central Question]

I have Samsung J7 Pro and suddenly its Key Board is stopped working (Samsung keyboard keeps stopping). I restarted the phone then it is asking to put Password then you will unlock with your bio metric finger print.

I dont know how to fix that error. please guide.
