The Screen was cracked on both of my Samsung S7 phones within 3 months. I was shocked when Asurion told me the deductible would be $250 per phone. Independent repair shops quoted $300-$400 for the same repairs.

The glass cover is part of an unconventional 3 component assembly that includes the outside glass, the digitizer, and the circuit board.

Samsung and AT&T failed to provided consumers notice of this repair cost. Nor did either offer adequate damage protection for this product even as as an accessory.

Samsung and AT&T should be responsible for financial losses My costs in purchasing these phones is a minimum of $800 per phone.

Does anyone know of a law firm pursuing legal action?

re:

lol, no. It's definitely stated up front in the terms of the insurance when you agree to purchase it.

This. The insurance tells you fully upfront what the deductible will be for each phone when you sign up for it. If you didn't read it that is not the fault of AT&T, the insurance, or really anyone else but yourself.
