Samsung Tab A sets random alarms

Samsung Tab A continues to set random alarms between 6:30am and 6:39am. I have deleted all alarms in the clock app multiple times. They reappear on their own.

Before you go to bed tonight, place it in safe mode. If the alarm continues, you have a corrupt os. If no alarm, you added some app with permission to make changes to your alarm, or calender, or anything else that can wake you up. Good luck.

Have you tried turning the phone off completely? Then leave it around 30 seconds then reboot it. I know it's an old chestnut but it quite often works.
