saving a photo

I tried to save a photo from my grandson, that he posted to my wall, on facebook. while I was looking at the photo, I told it to save, didn't see a place to save to. But I did open file manager and found it,
I can click on it and open it, but I have to be on the internet to do that. I managed to move it to my
picture folder, but I want it to be in the gallery of photos, so I can look at it with my other ones.

My question is, does anyone know what I need to do, to get it there and be able to open it without being on internet?
Can this be done?
