stuck in bootloop

[AC Question]

I installed firmware and now have dead android and stuck in bootloop on my Samsung galaxy tab 2. I'm not really computer Davy so I really need someone to help and dumb it down for me

Reflash the stock firmware. See [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN. (If you're not really computer savvy, you shouldn't be playing with ROMs.)
