SquareTrade (now just called Allstate Phone Protection) is one of the best known providers. I've had decent experience with them in the past. What's the deductible for Assurant? It's $149 for Allstate.
I have assurant thru my carrier. It's been good for me. Plus in my area I can go to ubreakifix as it's assurant and a certified Samsung Repair.

This is what the site states.
Covers 1 cracked screen, 2 batteries, buttons and charging port. For the peace of mind I think Square Trade may be a better deal, I noticed 19.00 for family (4) devices.
Well I did drop my phone and had to replace too. It was 250We have a certified cellphone repair shop here in town (CPR). They fixed my s21ultra screen, of course I didn't have insurance so it cost 307.00 .

Thanks for that info. $99 for 2 years of coverage sounds like a good deal. I'll have to check it out.$29 for screen replacement and $99 for device replacement. The two year price is a special usually $199 they are having a 50% sale for s23 owners.
I was shocked by the price but I pulled the trigger least expensive insurance out there can't go wrong and you have 60 days from the date of purchase to sign up.

My suggestion is to self-insure rather than buying insurance. You'll probably save money, even with occasional repair costs. In the long run, insurance premiums more than cover the likely repair expenses paid by the insurance company. If that weren't true, insurance companies would go broke instead of being profitable.
I usually never get insurance for my phone and I've been lucky with not having cracked screens, but I think I'm about due for one. So, I got the Samsung Care+ for the half off price of $99 for 2-yr coverage. Considering a replacement screen for the S22 is $189 through my local repair shop, I was willing to spend the money for insurance coverage. Thanks for that info. $99 for 2 years of coverage sounds like a good deal. I'll have to check it out.
