T-Mobile Galaxy SII 4G on ATT Network

This might be an old question,
But i got this curiosity since i had seen several ads that via a config this guy can make the T-Mobile Galaxy SII T989, work on ATT 3G and 4G network...

I know that ATT 3G phones will only work on 2G on T-Mo's due to their different bands.

But on this phone will it be possible to swap carriers and get it working on 3G/4G?

yes it works, all you have to do is change the apn settings
