Tasker- how to trigger task with Alarm?

I would like to be able to execute some tasks when the alarm clock alarm goes off. For example one of the tasks would be to turn the SIlent Mode off.

I tried this using the stock Alarm Clock which didn't work. Researching that said it wasn't a reliable method so I purchased Gentle Alarm which has Tasker functionality. I still can't get it to trigger the Task. I've tried various combinations of Events and Type Main and All. The alarm goes off but the notification doesn't display. I tried other tasks such as playing a sound or turning Silent off.

Eg:
Profile: Gentle Alarm. Alarm Begin, Main
Task: Notify 'Test'
