These are not specific to the Infuse but rather for Android. I don't take credit, found these doing some research in Google while playing with phone.
* Press and hold the notification bar (don't slide it down) and it will show the date on the top left.
* Pinch on any home screen to see all of them and click on the one you want.
* On the browser, press and hold on an image to save it locally. I remember this from the iPhone and works as well on Android.
