Question TV Box -WI FI issues

Hi, I just bought my TV Box Adroind HK1R Box, and I did everything but It will not connect to any of the wifi. The connection is either jumping from 1 second to another, or if its hotstop it will not connect. Please help

Have you tried different channels on your router or changing from 2.4 to/from 5 GHz connections? Are you sure your network isn't overloaded (if too many devices connect to an overloaded router, connections will become unstable). Is there anything near it that may be blocking the signal (hard concrete wall, metal box, etc.)? You could try re-positioning the box to be closer to the router. Do any other devices have issues connecting or is it just this device?

Welcome to Android Central! You can also try a factory reset and setting it back up again. Keep in mind that these no-name/off-brand Android TV boxes are notorious for buggy hardware or firmware, with essentially zero support.
