Unable to hear unless on speaker or Earphone attached - Honor Holly 2 PLus

[AC Question]

I recently purchased Honor Holly 2 Plus through Amazon.
It is working absolutely fine with all its apps, speed, camera etc., But only recently i observed that i am unable to hear (In coming or out going calls) unless i put it on speaker mode or plug in to earphone. Can anyone suggest as to what the problem might be? The set is 2 months old and i don't seriously want to repair it. Is there any chance that i will get a replacement for the same

Hi, contact the seller as there is an issue with the hardware of the phone. See what they say before you take it to a repair shop.

Welcome to Android Central! Did the phone come with any kind of warranty at all? It sounds like the earpiece speaker has failed, and hopefully all it needs is a replacement of that component.
