unlocked vs T-mobile carrier?

I have a S23 Ultra on T-mobile,and I sent in my trade in but it got lost. I was able to track it down and have possession of my Note 10 plus. T-mobile is going to let me give my S23 back to them. I am thinking about buying the 1T from Samsung directly. What T-mobile features will I lose if I go with the Samsung unlocked version? I heard a rumor I would lose the ability to make video calls. That's a really important feature to me and would be a deal breaker as me and the Hubs use it a lot? Does anyone know the answer to this?

I have the unlocked model and I don't have video call on mine Usain the default Samsung phone app. I also don't have RCS on the Samsung messages app but RCS is available on the Google Meade app. I belive this are the 2 main items you don't get with the unlocked version. But the phone can be used on any network without having to ask the carrier to unlock it for you.
