Voice Recorder lockscreen widget on Verizon

Does anyone know why I can't seem to add the lockscreen voice recorder widget on my unlocked S23 Ultra on Verizon network? I do have Good Lock Lockstar installed, so maybe that is interfering? I just don't even have the option to toggle in the lockscreen widget settings...
Thanks for any tips or confirmation that this is another Verizon "exclusive" feature redaction.

Solved!
Whatever voice recorder I had on my phone was not right.
I went to the Galaxy Store and downloaded the Samsung Voice recorder, and now I have the option to add the lockscree widget. I'll add a screenshot in a few minutes.
