web issues

I'm not getting a consistent connection when I tap, Web, on the home page. I either get a blank page, or a popup asking me if I want to restore my tabs. I can only access the Internet via a previously opened page on the carousal. Any help would be appreciated.

Try going into "history" via the menu then "clear all".

My issue is, everytime I open the web browser, it opens to the same page. Even though I've closed the tab, cleared cookies, cache, and history. Its annoying.
