Weird issue with no signal notification!

I am having the weirdest issue with the no signal notification (triangle with exclamation mark in it). One of my songs on my HTC Inspire plays whenever i transition from a signal to no signal, and the no signal notification prompts. I have tried countless setting searches but cannot find any setting to cure the problem! Thank you so much for any help!

Take it to at&t it mite be a bad sim hat got fried in their system or your intena mite be messed up some how make sure those little coper plated bars by your sd card and behind your battery aren't curroded believe it or not those are part of your intena 0.0
