Hello,
Because :
- Building Android on Virtual machine is an heresy, you need full RAM and CPU
- You could not start Android emulator on VirtualBox, so a raw Linux is sometime better.
- Wine not handle all application

I use dual booting for work. I .net developer and can't work on linux. But a lot of other work I prefer doing on linux. And for games.

.NET was just open sourced and will be available on linux soon from what I've heard.

I keep windows around for 1 game I rarely play, and for the Nexus Root and Toolkit. Other than that, I'm on linux 99.99999999999999% of the time. Been using it for 10 yrs now.

I keep Windows around so I can download my ebooks from Amazon (yes, evil,I know, but very convenient) and strip the DRM from them for conversion to be used in a better reader.

Also, downloading music from the aforementioned internet warehouse.

... So, I boot Windows maybe once a month for an hour.
