Just got email and text from samsung. No info in UPS app for tracking number yet. So shipping labels are starting to print.

OMG! just got a text mine is shipped coming on the 26th Friday but it says UPS they never come till after I go to work but they put stuff in our garage so I hope they do. I hope it's not just the buds the text said all or part of your order and it's usually Fed-Ex for phone.

i wonder if it makes a difference between your more special and unique violet which is an online website-only special color, versus my titanium gray which is a standard "you can get this color anywhere" color? just thinking out loud.

I had this problem last year after ordering an exclusive colour.
The initial delay said 4 weeks but, if this gives anyone hope, it did arrive after 2.
This year I went for grey 512, im thinking its in a case anyway so you dont really see the colour and I am lucky, its now at my local dpd and coming later today.
I feel your pain everyone, samsung do this every year! Good luck and enjoy your phones when you eventually get them

The violet wasn't a special online only color it's standard. But I put in my tracking number in my choice app from UPS and it says there's no info yet but in the Samsung shop app it says shipped and my return label changes to Feb 8th. Hope my husband's comes also. Well if my return label says FedEx could it still come UPS? I remember something came UPS before but I think we always have shipped back Fed Ex.

Yeah, when I traded in my watch it shipped UPS but trade in labels where FedEx. I think it's probably because a third party actually handles the trade in, not Samsung

I got mine first lol. I like the colour, it's a nice yellow with a reddish orangeish flare when the light hits it. There's not a hint of cream about it, it's actually really pretty
