While on hold, using my Android phone, how do I know when or if someone has hung up on me?t m

I was put on hold, while using my Android phone, I waited and waited, and I realized there is no way to know if the other person has hung up on me. How do I know if I've been hung up on?

Do you still see a timer going while in the phone app ? Otherwise if they hung up you wouldn't be on the dialer page.

Welcome to Android Central! Good question -- if there's no hold music, then it might be hard to tell. Unlike land lines, where you'd end up hearing a dial tone, I don't think there's an equivalent on cell calls.
