I didn't see it either. Good thing I have Root Unistaller (saves all apps in their .apk form to the sd card). I will upload to my BOX account and post link sometime today-tommorrow depending on my 3G (have to use hotspot on phone for all internet access).

If you like Modding your phone then I don't think the rise would be a good idea because it has a locked boot loader which means no roms or cwm
