Why can't I get my LG G3 to take screen shots? Whys isn't my Quickmemo+ not working?

Quickmemo+ not working

I have a LG G3 my quickmemo+ is not taking screen shots....any ideas??? Buttons on back work but swype is not nor if I go to quickmemo+ icon just get blank screen. It did work at one time...Very confused!!!!

Try Settings, General, Apps, swipe to All, scroll to the QuickMemo+ app, open, and select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
