Why did this happen today?

So last night around 2 am I was talking to a friend via text he had brought up something and I mentioned where a doctors office was that I had went to around 4 years ago. This morning I received a add text for like a skin treatment that the doctors office is doing.. I did no google search or anything other than mention the crossroad (and not the name) the Dr. Office was on, how did I get that message!?
