Black Screen and Flickering at Screen Unlock with Lollipop 5.0.2 Update on HTC One (M7)
Hi all, I'm using an HTC One (M7) with Verizon as my carrier. A new update came through a few days ago (Lollipop, 5.0.2, I believe) that is causing some real issues:
(1) Often when I wake up my phone, the entire screen is block, except for the notification bar, and the phone is no longer responsive to any of my taps. The only way to resolve this is to reboot the phone.
(2) Often after I reboot the phone, the screen oscillates between the lock screen and the home screen, so fast that there's no way for me to interrupt it. Again, the only solution is to reboot. I have the Delayed Lock app installed and have been wondering if this has anything to do with it?
I'm not so tech-savvy, so any suggestions for moving forward would be much appreciated.
