Why do my Bluetooth headphones support call audio and not media?

My phillips bluetooth headphones connect to my phone and only support call audio and not media playback, the problem randomly started as I always use my headphones regularly. I have a galaxy A20

Under Bluetooth settings under paired devices , you dont see toggle for media?

Un-pair the devices, delete the profile from your phone, then put the headphones into Discovery an re-pair them, see if that fixes the issue. Maybe reboot the phone and power cycle the headphones. You're describing a rather common Bluetooth glitch.
