Why does playstore appear every time i open my device

It has just started to happen. I have disabled Playstore but it still keeps appearing.

Which device and Andriod version?
Message pop up saying log into play store?

You cant disable it expect things to go smoothly it is very important for app and system process to be up.to date , if you want no Google stuff you would need to custom ROM.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you certain it's the actual Play Store, and not a browser popup ad? It could be an ad from some app you installed.
