why is not my computer detecting my samsung galaxy 4 mobile and samsung galaxy tab 3

Hi, what device are you connecting them to? are you allowing enough time for the drivers to be installed?

Go to the Samsung web site and download the latest drivers for their products. After you install the drivers connect the tablet or phone and give it a while to be found and connected.
