Why he dont go to recovery mode.

[Android Central Question]

I have a Nokia TA 1283 which gave me warnings for the last couple of weeks about storage issues and needing to free up space. It lost power and since then has not powered up again to its normal welcome screen. Now, it is stuck in Android Recovery and will not reboot to the Welcome page. I've tried doing the full Wipe data/factory reset and this made no difference. It keeps returning to the Android Recovery screen. At the very bottom of the screen, below a large blank space, it displays the small writing in white: Supported API: 3. So I too am thinking there is something I need to understand about this message. Supported API: 3. What does it mean? What should I try to do?

I don’t think there’s anything significant about the API 3 message. More importantly, why can you not exit Recovery mode? So far as you know, are the hardware buttons undamaged? https://forums.androidcentral.com/ask-question/409154-join-android-central-community.html

Welcome to Android Central! Do the Volume buttons work correctly? If one of them is stuck in a pressed state, the phone might think you're always trying to boot into Recovery Mode.

When you select those options it takes you back to that screen? Something happened you will need to flash your device with the firmware again, maybe check XDA Forum for the steps on that.
