Why is my galaxy a32 going off and on

[Android Central Question]

Keeps showing"samsung galaxy powered by Android" like I'm turning on my phone then says"samsung"like my phone dies and turns off.. then vibrates and does the same thing over and over and over

Try factory reset in recovery otherwise use Odin to flash the stock firmware again.

Welcome to Android Central! Plug it into a wall outlet, then force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down together for about 30 seconds. If it successfully shuts off, then let it charge undisturbed for about 6 hours, then try powering on again to see if it stays on.
