Why is my numeric keypad on Galaxy s10e not working?

I have a Galaxy s10e. When I m entering information into Chrome my numeric keypad will not work. Not the one that is at the top of the keyboard but the one that comes up when you can only put numbers into a fill in space. I will type the numbers and the cursor will move but no numbers will show in the field. This is causing a lot of issues for me and I can't find anyone else with a similar issue.

Try clearing the keyboard Data/cache and force stop it.
