why my home wifi connection always asks me tocsign into wifi network...how to stop it?

I am frm india.. I have a BSNL home broadband connection. whenever I connect to my wifi I always got a notification to sign in my wifi network.. whenever I tried to click it it goes to blank page that is clients3.google.com/generate_204. I want to stop that problem I cannot even connect to my internet. .. pls help!

You might be able to disable it in the wifi settings of wifi advanced settings
