Why wont my ZTE z963vl connect to server to get updates

Do you know if there's an official system update available in the first place? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Same thing is happening to me. Haven't had 1 update since got phone from straight talk.

Welcome to Android Central! Budget phones often don't get any system updates at all, so that's not surprising.
